This is the personal blog of Valentin Vlădescu.

So, who am I and what I do? While it’s hard to pin-point my activities and define a particular role-function in the organization(s) I activate in, here’s a few insights to get you started:

- Business Development Expertise more than 3 years of business development as entrepreneur in consulting services and web business
- Entrepreneur who started own business at the age of 19, made his first big mistake by prematurely quitting only 8 months later then focused on consulting
- 2+ years expertise in NGO environment, co-founder of a NGO
- technical background with over 6 years of passionate work in both Windows and POSIX environments
- effective team participant/leader skilled in communicating technical concepts and gaining support for new ideas.
- customer advocate recognized for commitment to usability and ability to develop new capabilities from existing technologies.
- evangelist for the new media technologies and practices.
- ardent believer in the power of technology to communicate ideas and advance human endeavors.

My specialties?

1. Consulting skills with significant experience in business sector focusing on performance design,analysis and business processes modeling execution and optimization.
2. Management skills with significant expertise in private as well as in public organizations
3. Significant research skills in areas related to technology trends, social media, gadgets and their impact on target groups.

The purpose of this blog is to give you a forum, an interaction point, express my views on different issues mostly related to enterprise technologies, leadership and communication skills. While the old blog used to be a mashup of online lifestream and thoughts on different matters, this changes starting August 2010.
